Score the back of the crucian carp and rub it with salt to marinate. Shred the ginger, cut the tofu into cubes, cut the celery into small pieces, and prepare a pack of mustard (if it’s a fish, only half a pack)

Heat a small amount of oil in a frying pan, fry the crucian carp over medium-low heat until golden brown on both sides
