Chop beef, onions, and ginger together into minced meat

Beat 1 egg into the meat filling, add appropriate amount of salt, chicken essence, soy sauce, thirteen spices, and sugar and mix well

Add 5g yeast, 2g baking powder and appropriate amount of warm water to 300g flour and knead into a dough, cover with plastic wrap and let rise until doubled

Divide the risen dough into equal portions

Take one and press it thin around it with the palm of your hand

Take an appropriate amount of beef filling and put it on the bun wrapper

After everything is wrapped, wait for another 20 minutes

After the water is boiled, steam it for 15 minutes and then simmer for 3 minutes
