Milky Purple Sweet Potato Steamed Cake
Overview
I really like the purple color of the purple sweet potato. Even though corn has replaced sweet potatoes (purple potatoes) for breakfast every day, there is always a stock of purple potatoes in the refrigerator, because I don’t have any plans for making delicious food. That day I thought of using purple potatoes to make snacks, steamed buns or bread. This milky purple sweet potato cake has a strong milky aroma, a soft texture and a sweet aftertaste. It is one of my favorite snacks.
