Cut an appropriate amount of green onion and ginger, clean the fish and drain it of water, then cut it off. The two of us eat only one piece.

Heat oil in a pan, add green onion and ginger, stir-fry until fragrant, then add salt, then pour into a small bowl of boiling water, add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oil-consuming cooking wine, soy sauce, pepper powder, then pour in the fish, simmer over low heat for five minutes, and add chicken essence.

The fish meat is very tender. Serve with soup. This soup is delicious mixed with rice. But be careful not to get the thorn in the bowl.
