This is mountain celery, relatively short and very tender when pinched with your hands.

Pick off the leaves of mountain celery, wash them and cut them into sections;

Pork belly slices;

Put a small amount of vegetable oil in the wok, and when the oil is hot, add the pork belly and stir-fry;

Stir-fry until the pork belly shrinks and begins to turn brown;
