-
Soften the butter, add the low-gluten flour, and knead it with your hands into crumbs.
-
Add fine sugar and refined salt and mix gently, then add an egg yolk.
-
Knead until smooth and place in the refrigerator for more than half an hour.
-
Mix eggs, lemon juice and caster sugar, heat over low heat and stir until thickened. Then add the diced cream cheese and stir with a hand mixer until there are no lumps to form a cheese paste.
-
Take the frozen pie dough out of the refrigerator and roll it into a thin sheet.
-
Roll out the pie crust, spread it on the mold, and then use a rolling pin to cut off the excess.
-
Prick small holes in the bottom of the pie crust with a fork, then spread a thin layer of blueberry sauce, then squeeze in the cheese paste, trying to cover the blueberry sauce with the cheese paste. Place in the preheated oven at 180° for 20 minutes.
-
Let the baked blueberry cheese tart cool and garnish with fresh blueberries.
-
When you taste it, your lips and teeth exude an alluring aroma, and you are conquered by the freshness of blueberries and the mellowness of cheese.
