Salted egg porridge
Overview
Yesterday I used salted egg yolks for cooking, so I couldn’t waste the remaining egg whites. Today I used salted egg yolks to make porridge, which was also very delicious.

Shred the lettuce, some shredded ginger, and salted egg whites.

Make a reservation for the cooked rice porridge (millet, rice).
