Cumin Grilled Shrimp
Overview
There are always more shrimps on the market during this time, and the most important thing is the prices are affordable. In addition, we are all shrimp lovers at home, so during this period we often eat shrimp, boiled or stir-fried. Today we will have grilled shrimp. In the end, I found out that it was baked too little!

Steps
-
For fresh shrimp, choose larger ones.
-
Cut off the shrimp tentacles and legs, and use a toothpick to pick out the shrimp lines.
-
Then break open the shrimp head side with your hands and pick out the shrimp stomach (you can eat clean and grilled shrimps with their heads).
-
.Put it into a container after cleaning, and add minced garlic and ginger.
-
.Add a few drops of rice wine, salt, and cumin powder, mix well, and marinate for an hour or two.
-
.Use bamboo skewers to skewer the marinated shrimps from the head (the bamboo skewers need to be cleaned in advance and soaked for a few minutes).
-
Line a baking sheet with tin foil, first apply a layer of oil, put the shrimp on it, and then put the marinated shrimp seasoning and spices on it.
-
Put the shrimp in the oven (preheat the oven in advance), bake at 185 degrees for 20 minutes.
-
After baking, take it out and sprinkle a small amount of cumin powder to make it more delicious.
