Seasoning preparation: salt, monosodium glutamate, chicken essence, sugar, pepper, chicken juice.

Baby greens, king oyster mushrooms, soft tofu, luncheon meat.

Cut the green vegetables into thin strips, and cut the king oyster mushrooms, soft tofu, and luncheon meat into cubes (smaller cubes than larger cubes) and set aside.

Beat the eggs into egg liquid and set aside.

Add enough water to the pot and bring to a boil. First add the prepared king oyster mushrooms, soft tofu and luncheon meat. Then add salt, monosodium glutamate, chicken essence, sugar, pepper and chicken juice. After adjusting the taste, turn to low heat and add an appropriate amount of water starch to thicken it into a paste. Finally, add green vegetables and eggs and boil.
