Overview
Today I recommend a low-energy delicacy to you who loves beauty - protein coconut balls. This one doesn’t require adding butter or egg yolks, and it’s very simple to make. If you love eating but are afraid of getting fat, go ahead and take it away!

Steps
-
Ingredients: 45g grated coconut, 10g formula milk powder, 10g low-gluten flour, one egg white, and 25g powdered sugar.
-
Use an egg-beater to take out one egg white and break it into pieces in a bowl.
-
Take out 40g of grated coconut and keep the remaining 5g for later use. Add 40g grated coconut, 10g milk powder, 10g low-gluten flour, and 25g powdered sugar into the bowl and mix evenly.
-
Add the egg whites to the mixed flour and coconut bowl, mix well, and knead into a dough with your hands.
-
Spread the remaining 5g of flour in a plate.
-
Divide the kneaded dough evenly into multiple small dumplings (the amount I use here can make about 15). Put the kneaded small dumplings into a plate covered with coconut paste and roll them so that the surface is evenly covered with coconut paste.
-
Place the small dumplings covered in coconut milk on the baking sheet and arrange them in an orderly manner
-
It’s time to start baking! Place the baking sheet in the middle of the oven at a temperature of 150°C. It is recommended to bake for 20 minutes. In my case, the surface of the coconut balls turned golden brown and became fragrant in 15 minutes, so I only baked it for 15 minutes.
