  1. Wash the radish and cut off the stem and tail.

  2. Make four cuts into a rice shape, do not cut, and then separate the skin and flesh.

  3. All cut.

  4. Add sugar and salt to marinate.

  5. Mix well.

  6. To prepare a lemon, peel off the yellow rind.

  7. Cut into strips.

  8. Add to the radish that has been marinated for one hour.

  9. Mix well.

  10. Cut the lemon in half, squeeze the lemon juice into the radish, mix well, and refrigerate.

  11. Cherry radishes refrigerated overnight.

  12. Breakfast is served.
