Steps
-
Cut the pork belly into thin slices, put the meat into a bowl, add a little salt, corn starch, light soy sauce, and cooking wine, mix well, and let it sit for ten minutes or more:
-
When marinating the meat, cut the cleaned peppers lengthwise with a knife, then use a knife to remove the seeds and tendons of the green peppers, and cut them into thin strips or rings
-
Put the marinated meat into the pot and fry it out. If it is lean meat, stir-fry for a while: that's it. After the meat is dry, add ginger and minced garlic, saute until fragrant and set aside
-
Add prepared green peppers and stir-fry diced raw peppers
-
Add the previously fried pork belly
-
Then add chicken essence and dark soy sauce, stir-fry a few times and it’s ready to serve
