Overview
This is one of my mother's favorite foods. I have been in China and never had the chance to cook it for her. When I get back here, I will cook it for her~~ You can try it if you like it!

There are just so many ingredients, crab sticks, spinach, eggs, pickled radish, spicy cabbage, luncheon meat, seaweed and rice. Set aside the sesame oil, sesame seeds, and chili sauce for later use.

Put some of your favorite hot sauce on the rice, forget about the salad dressing, it's really disgusting. A little tip, don’t put rice on the whole table, just half of it, unless you like rice!
