  5. Spread the nori evenly on the baking sheet. Place in the middle rack of the oven and heat up and down to 140°C for 15 minutes. It depends on the situation as long as it is crisp enough. Once the roasted seaweed is cooled and you can’t finish it, put it into jars. Roasted seaweed is susceptible to moisture and must be kept sealed. But it’s not enough for me to eat it directly from the oven, so I don’t need to save it.
