Fried vermicelli with leeks
Overview
A super simple and convenient dish. I remember my father baking spring pancakes when I was little. I couldn’t live without this. Later I found out that actually there is no need for this if there are scrambled eggs with leeks, but when we were children, we were the ones who couldn’t put down our chopsticks without eating, so the food was never enough. So dad added this fried vermicelli and leek dish to the dinner table. Today I thought of it on a whim and made it to eat. Although I couldn't taste the taste of my childhood, it satisfied the taste buds of the whole family.
