A big cuttlefish.

Shredded ginger, sliced garlic.

Remove the black film and cut with a flower knife.

Blanch the cuttlefish in boiling water for 1 minute, remove and drain.

Heat oil in a pan and saute ginger and garlic until fragrant.

Add cuttlefish and soy sauce.

Stir-fry over high heat for one minute and then serve.
