  1. Remove the fascia from the tenderloin and cut into large pieces. Cut the green onions and ginger into large sections

  2. Put water, onions, ginger, cinnamon, aniseed, peppercorns, cooking wine into the pressure cooker. After boiling for 20 minutes, remove and drain

  3. Tear into small pieces

  4. Put it into a plastic bag and roll it flat with a rolling pin

  5. Take it out and use your hands to pull it into a fluffy state

  6. Add to the bread machine: salt, sugar, five-spice powder, MSG and dark soy sauce

  7. Add the meat floss to start the meat floss program (if you don’t have a bread machine, you can use a wok instead of a low heat and stir-fry continuously)

  8. Finished product

  9. Let cool, put it in a box, and keep it in the refrigerator. You can eat it on the go and mix it with rice and porridge as a snack (add less salt when making snacks)
