Bacon and Assorted Fried Rice
Overview
The weather is getting colder and colder, and I don’t want to do anything. My daughter doesn’t go to kindergarten, so I can’t be careless about lunch at home. I have a bowl of rice left from last night’s cooking, so I’ll make fried rice that my daughter likes. Add more ingredients and make soup. It’s an easy and nutritious lunch.
