Chicken breasts cut into cubes

Cut the pickled cucumber into cubes. If the pickled cucumber is larger, use one piece. If the pickled cucumber is smaller, use 2 pieces

Add a spoonful of cooking wine to the chicken breast and a little starch and knead well

Cut green onions into sections

Heat an appropriate amount of oil in the pan, add pickled cucumber and stir-fry for a while

Then add the diced chicken breast and stir-fry evenly
