Blanched leg of lamb and a fresh radish

Cut the radish into cubes and put the lamb leg into a pressure cooker with appropriate amount of water and cook for 20 minutes

Take out the cooked lamb leg, put it in a baking pot, add onions, mushrooms, and appropriate amount of olive oil. Oven at 200 degrees, test for 20 minutes

Add cumin, black pepper, salt and other seasonings according to personal preference, bake for another 5 minutes, and it's ready. So fragrant, charred on the outside and tender on the inside.
