Seafood Mushroom Clam Soup
Overview
This clam is a small portion of the clams that my husband bought home to prepare for spicy stir-fried clams. It is paired with seafood mushrooms. It can be said to be fresh and fresh in one pot. I threw in some carrot slices and snow peas, you eat your fried clams, I eat my clam soup, don't eat mine secretly, eh! Why did you stick your chopsticks into my bowl? Wouldn’t this light flavor go well with your beer?

Prepare ingredients.

Wash the seafood mushrooms and cut them into two sections with a diagonal knife.

Cut snow peas and carrots into diamond-shaped slices.

Put a little oil in the pot and sauté the shallots and ginger.

Add seafood mushrooms and stir-fry.

Stir-fry the seafood mushrooms until the water is released.

Add clams.

Add a little water. (Not too much, because the clam will spit out some of the water)

After boiling, when the clams open, add carrot slices first.

Add snow pea slices.

After boiling briefly, turn off the heat and add a little sesame oil.

Add a little more salt according to your own taste.

Add appropriate amount of pepper, mix thoroughly and serve.
