Wash the pork neck, marinate it with oyster sauce, a small amount of salt and minced garlic for half an hour, then add two spoons of barbecued pork sauce and spread it evenly, and continue marinating for three hours.

Skim off the minced garlic, put the meat in the microwave on the skewer setting, and grill for five minutes until the meat is half-cooked. Take it out, cut it with a knife, spread it with honey, and fry it in an iron pot or pan over low heat until it turns brown.
