Wash the pork belly repeatedly with sodium chloride and white vinegar.

Rinse both sides with clean water.

Wash the ingredients and cut them with a knife.

Add pork belly, star anise, Sichuan peppercorns, cooking wine, ginger slices, and green onions to cold water. Add some white vinegar to the water and bring to a boil, then cook for 10 minutes.

Take it out and scrape off the white membrane on your belly.

Then wash it with warm water and cut it into long diagonal strips.

Put tripe strips, star anise, ginger slices and tangerine peel into the earthen pot.
