Chinese toon mixed with tofu

Overview

My family has planted two toon trees, which are red spring trees and have a very fragrant smell. They have sprouted now. I broke off a few today and bought tofu that goes best with toon to make tofu mixed with toon.

1. 1 Fresh toon, just picked from the tree, fresh every minute

   

2. 2 After washing, blanch them quickly in boiling water to remove the oxalic acid.

   

3. 3 Boil tofu in boiling water for one minute

   

4. 4 Crush the cooked part, add sesame oil and salt and stir evenly.

   

5. 5 Squeeze out excess water from the toon and season with salt. Mix sesame oil and salad dressing evenly

   

6. 6 Shape the tofu and toon into a mold and serve on a plate
