Wash and cut beef into pieces

A little aniseed, green onions, washed and set aside

After boiling, skim off the scum

Simmer over low heat for 1 hour, add salt and soy sauce, and then simmer for another 20 minutes. Use chopsticks to pierce through, indicating it's done.
