Overview
Fried eight-piece chicken, also known as eight-piece chicken, is a famous traditional dish of the Han people in Henan Province. This is a delicacy that I have always wanted to make. Because I saw that the traditional cooking method is to fry the food twice, I thought that making it at home would require a big oil pan, so I never made it. This simple fried eight-piece dish uses marinated meat instead of the traditional seasoning method, and uses an air fryer instead of a large oil pan for frying. Almost no oil is used, and the taste is super delicious. It is truly healthy and delicious. Wash and drain the chicken

Cut the chicken legs, wings, and breasts into 4 pieces and into 8 pieces respectively
