Ingredients: Rice (washed).

Spare ribs (washed and blanched).

Preserved eggs (shelled).

Place the peeled preserved eggs on a chopping board and cut them into pieces, set aside.

Put the ribs into the pressure cooker, pour in an appropriate amount of water, and add some cooking wine.

Bring to a boil.

Then, add the rice and bring to a boil.

Cover and cook over medium-low heat for 15 minutes, then turn off the heat.

Simmer until there is no air and then open the lid.
