  1. Wash the three kinds of mushrooms, cut the tea tree mushrooms into sections, and slice the white mushrooms, king oyster mushrooms, and peppers.

  2. Heat oil in a pan, sauté ginger slices and garlic until fragrant, add chili and stir-fry.
