Wash the three kinds of mushrooms, cut the tea tree mushrooms into sections, and slice the white mushrooms, king oyster mushrooms, and peppers.

Heat oil in a pan, sauté ginger slices and garlic until fragrant, add chili and stir-fry.

Pour in the chopped mushrooms and stir-fry over high heat until the mushrooms become soft.

When soft, add 1 tablespoon oyster sauce and stir-fry.

Add a spoonful of black pepper juice, stir well and season with salt and serve.
