Overview

My son is a beef lover and loves to eat beef. For his hobby, I always have a lot of beef at home, and I often change the varieties to satisfy him. Today I wanted to eat beef soup. What's the problem? I made borscht soup for him. He was happy to eat it, and so was I. The happiest thing for a mother is to see her children happy.

  1. Cut the beef into pieces, add bay leaves, cinnamon and star anise, add water to cover the beef

  2. After the water boils, skim off the foam

  3. Turn on the steam in the pressure cooker and press for 13 minutes

  10. Simmer for 15-20 minutes. When the soup is almost done, add some cabbage
