Banana Cherry Jam Meal Pack
Overview
I made the cherry jam myself. I saw that the bananas at home were already ripe. I added bananas to the main ingredients and made this fried sauce meal bun. After baking, the cherry jam inside flows out like a quicksand bun. The texture is very soft and super great.

Prepare ingredients

Pour milk, salt, sugar, banana, flour and yeast into the bread barrel in sequence

After kneading the dough for 15 minutes, add butter and continue kneading

until the glove film can be pulled out

Cover and ferment until doubled in size (the temperature is now high and the power is turned off for an hour to ferment)

After removing the air, divide the dough into about 50 grams each, cover it with plastic wrap and let it rest for 15 minutes

Prepare cherry jam and almond slices

Roll it into dough, add the sauce and pinch to seal

Place seam side down into the baking pan, leaving a gap in the middle

Put it in the oven for the second time, put a basin of warm water underneath and ferment until it doubles in size, then brush with egg wash and sprinkle with almond slices
