Wash the ingredients and chop the ribs into small pieces (I chopped it with the help of a chef in the supermarket, the pieces are a bit big). Smaller pieces will be more flavorful and steam faster. Chop ginger, garlic and black bean into pieces

Heat the oil in the pan, add the minced ginger, garlic and black bean paste and stir-fry until fragrant

Fry until minced garlic turns golden brown, take it out, add appropriate amount of sesame oil, light soy sauce, salt, pepper, chicken essence, starch, crushed red pepper and mix well

Pour the seasoning into the rib plate, mix well, coat each rib with the seasoning, and marinate for 15~20 minutes

Put the marinated ribs into the steamer and steam over high heat for 15~20 minutes

Take out of the pan, sprinkle with chopped green onion and serve
