Preparation materials: lotus root, minced meat, flour, green onion, ginger. Small tomatoes and broccoli for serving.

Chop the onions and ginger and add to the minced meat.

Then add salt, light soy sauce and sesame oil, stir well and set aside. You can add an extra egg and mix it together to make it taste more delicious.

Cut the lotus root into slices. The two slices are combined into one. Do not cut the middle, just cut it to about 2/3 deep.

Put the mixed minced meat filling into the lotus root slices and set aside.

Add flour to water to make a paste, add the sandwiched lotus root slices and wrap them in a layer.

Heat the oil pan until it is 6 layers hot. Add the wrapped lotus root slices and fry over medium-low heat.

Fry until golden brown on both sides and serve.
