Ingredients: Chive flowers (washed and cut into sections), squid (washed), ginger slices

Place the washed squid on the cutting board and cut it into pieces, set aside.

Put the ginger slices into a pot of water and bring to a boil.

Blanch it and take it out.

Heat oil in a pan, add chopped chives and stir-fry until cooked through.
