Red Date Brown Sugar Hair Cake

I had a piece of cake for breakfast, and I felt full of happiness. This Chinese pastry is easy to make and has good nutritional value. Friends can try it if they like it. You can make an eight-inch puff pastry according to my recipe below. If you halve the amount, you can make a six-inch puff pastry.

Prepare all ingredients.

Soak the red dates several times, remove the cores and set aside.

Add jujube brown sugar to the wall breaker.

Then add milk to it.

Select the blending function and blend the ingredients until smooth.

Add the beaten milk and red date juice to the container, and add the yeast until it wakes up slightly.

Add flour until incorporated.

Mix until no dry powder forms.

Add the mixed batter into the removable bottom mold.
