Braised pork trotters
Overview
Pig's trotters are the upper part of pig's legs, and some people also call them pig's trotters. The preparation of trotters is usually sauce-based or marinated. Red Braised Hoof Pork is cooked using a braised method. The color of the finished dish is maroon, so it is called red braised trotters. The taste of the dish is soft and glutinous, and the aroma is rich.

Remove the hair from the hooves, shave and wash them, remove the stems from the mushrooms and wash them for later use
