Handmade carrot noodles
Overview
I’ve never made vegetable noodles! One day when I was grating carrots, I accidentally tasted the squeezed carrot juice. It was so fragrant and sweet! Just thinking about kneading the dough with carrot juice to make noodles! Although everyone has done this, I still want to show it off! (I can’t make it on the table, so please ignore it! As long as it tastes good)

A carrot! Prepare graters and disposable gloves

Shredded carrots

Wear gloves to squeeze carrot juice! Crush the flour and sweet potato starch and mix (see the granular sweet potato starch, right? That’s homemade)

Slowly add the juice to the mixed flour, knead into a dough and let it rest for 15 minutes

Roll the dough into a sheet (my rolling pin is small and can only be rolled into a rectangular shape) and sprinkle dry powder on the dough to prevent sticking

Fold it and cut it into strips, then sprinkle some dry powder and shake it up
