Wash the pumpkin, peel it and grate it into shreds

Put in a steamer and steam until soft and cooked

Cut green and red peppers into thin strips (I cut them a bit thickly)

Take a larger bowl, put an appropriate amount of flour into the steamed pumpkin shreds, beat in the eggs, and mix well

Add shredded green and red pepper and mix well

Add appropriate amount of salt and a small amount of pepper and stir to form a batter
