Dried Beans with Mushrooms and Sauce
Overview
Dried white beans are added with shiitake mushrooms, soybean paste, and peanut butter. What a wonderful combination. Some people actually like it. My kid, who is a super tofu addict, likes tofu no matter how he eats it. Dried white beans are used, which has better toughness than tofu. It tastes full of flavor, as well as the aroma of soybean paste and peanut butter. When paired with rice, you definitely need to add more rice. How can you lose your appetite for such a dish due to the heat?
