Portuguese egg tart
Overview
I am a hard-working little bee. I have become addicted to making delicious food recently and never tire of it. I heard by chance that the egg tarts baked in the Joyoung air fryer are better than those baked in the oven. I had to try it myself. Watching my friends develop various fryer versions of delicacies, I couldn’t let my fryer sit idle. Egg tart shells are made by repeatedly folding quilts. This has been introduced before, so I won’t repeat it here. If you are lazy, you can also buy ready-made egg tart shells. If you are worried, just fold it yourself. Egg tart water is easier to handle. Although it has been introduced before, it has been slightly changed. Personally, I don’t need to be too rigid about the dosage. I changed the original recipe quite a bit and it was very random, but the effect was surprising. The air fryer has been around for a long time, but many people still only think that it can only fry French fries. In fact, as long as you study carefully, you can also make all kinds of delicious food, which will be introduced later. Today I will use it to make a simple [Portuguese Egg Tart]. Egg tarts baked in a fryer are much better than oven-baked ones, and the key is that they save time.
