Cut the broccoli roots, mushrooms, carrots and bacon into cubes, pat the garlic and set aside.

Heat a non-stick pan and pour in oil similar to that used for stir-frying, sauté the garlic until fragrant, add the mushrooms and stir-fry until cooked. The mushrooms will have a meaty aroma after being fried.

Then stir-fry the carrots. The vitamin A in the carrots is a fat-soluble vitamin and is easier to absorb after stir-frying with oil.

Then add broccoli and bacon and fry until cooked.

At this time, add a little soy sauce and salt and stir-fry evenly. Because the bacon is salty, add less salt.

Add the glutinous rice that has been stewed in advance. The glutinous rice has not been soaked. Just put it in the rice cooker and cook it as you normally would. I like more than half glutinous rice and less than half rice for a better texture.
