I forgot to take pictures of the original ingredients, lettuce and green onions

Wash the lettuce, slice the tomatoes, add appropriate amount of flour and water to make a batter

Preheat the pancake stall and brush with a layer of oil

Pour the flour batter and spread it into pancakes

Crack in the eggs and use a spatula to spread the eggs evenly on the cake

Sprinkle in black sesame seeds and chopped green onions (the green onions were added temporarily and I forgot to take a photo)

After the egg liquid has solidified, turn it over

Squeeze the tomato sauce onto the cake and spread evenly

Place lettuce and tomatoes on half of the pie

Use a spatula to roll up half of the pie, wrap the tomatoes and lettuce, and roll it up
