  2. Wash the lettuce, slice the tomatoes, add appropriate amount of flour and water to make a batter

  3. Preheat the pancake stall and brush with a layer of oil

  4. Pour the flour batter and spread it into pancakes

  5. Crack in the eggs and use a spatula to spread the eggs evenly on the cake

  6. Sprinkle in black sesame seeds and chopped green onions (the green onions were added temporarily and I forgot to take a photo)

  7. After the egg liquid has solidified, turn it over

  8. Squeeze the tomato sauce onto the cake and spread evenly

  9. Place lettuce and tomatoes on half of the pie

  10. Use a spatula to roll up half of the pie, wrap the tomatoes and lettuce, and roll it up
