Chop and wash the lamb chops (I bought half lamb chops and lamb with skin).

Cut green onion into sections and slice ginger.

Blanch the lamb chops and wash them.

Cut the onion into large pieces.

Put the lamb chops, half of the ginger, green onions, 5 bay leaves, salt, cooking wine, sugar and MSG into the pressure cooker, add water, bring to a boil and let it simmer for about 8 minutes.

Remove the cooked lamb chops and drain the soup. Pour a small amount of oil into the pot, add the lamb chops and stir-fry.

When the water on the surface of the meat is dry, stir-fry the cumin powder.

Add salt and pepper.

Add the onions, remaining green onion segments, ginger slices, and bay leaves, and sauté over high heat until the onions are mature.
