Sesame peanut candy
Overview
Oops, it’s actually a neutralization of peanut candy and sesame candy😝😝 Whether it’s peanut candy, sesame candy, walnuts or other dried fructose ingredients, the ratio of sugar to sugar is basically 1:1. Of course, the ratio of sugar can be appropriately reduced, but since it’s a sweet, don’t be afraid of sugar. Otherwise, the wrapped ingredients will not be good enough... Add some boiled sugar to let the sugar melt slowly to avoid accidentally burning the sugar. In fact, you can boil it slowly without adding water. I have tried it and it is almost the same as adding water, but it boils faster. I think if the sugar does not boil, you should add water and cook slowly and patiently! Peanuts and sesame seeds can also be roasted in the oven. This is the most traditional (local) production process. Haha😛 When I was a child, my parents made them for me to eat. Especially in the winter, I was sweating profusely when I watched my parents make them. But when we grow up and eat them with relish, we understand how difficult it is for our parents. Just like making this candy by myself, I have to use all the milk to roll and cut it. I miss my dad a little bit🙄I don’t know if he still remembers the scene of making sweets for me when I was a kid😭😭😭 (pretentious face hahaha) It’s almost the Chinese New Year. Hurry up and get the skills to spend the winter at home to store fat🤗🤗😆😆😆

Ingredients
Steps
-
(Don’t think I fried the peanuts because I used red-skinned peanuts.) Put the peanuts in a pan and stir-fry over low heat until many peanuts have cracked and there is a crackling sound. Then turn off the heat! (Of course the easier thing is to keep trying it😁😬😬😬haha) In the same way, slowly fry the sesame seeds
-
After the peanuts are cool, you can peel them and add the fried sesame seeds and put them in a dry and hot rice cooker to keep them warm! You can also use an oven to keep it warm
-
Pour the sugar and water into a pot and simmer over medium-low heat
-
Stir slowly until the sugar melts
-
If it starts to bubble, be careful and continue stirring over low heat
-
The bubbles have become smaller and slightly discolored~
-
When the foam becomes smaller and the syrup takes on a uniform amber color, you can turn down the heat to a minimum...
-
Pour the warm sesame peanuts into the syrup and turn off the heat! Quickly turn the ingredients to evenly coat the ingredients with syrup
-
While it's still hot, pour it out onto a chopping board lined with greaseproof paper and quickly roll it out with a rolling pin (it's still a little fluid when you pour it out, so I can't take a photo)
-
Then cut it into small pieces while it is still hot (however, it is difficult to cut the candy later as it is hard😱😱)

The finished product tastes great😆😆😆
-
The finished product is easy to make and tastes better than the ones outside. Oh my, I feel a sense of accomplishment. Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha
-
The finished product can be sealed and canned in a crisper, and can be stored outdoors in the winter or refrigerated in the summer for at least a few months!
-
The finished product can also be packaged and given away like nougat! 😇😇☺️☺️
