Cut the thawed clean chicken legs a few times with a knife, then marinate them in homemade sauce for about 10 minutes. After that, put it in the oven and bake on high heat for 25 minutes, then turn over and bake for another 5 minutes.

Wash the potatoes and carrots (I scrubbed them with a special peeler, so I didn’t peel them) and cut them into hob pieces. Wash the mushrooms, remove the stems, and cut them crosswise. Wash the lettuce, drain and cut into small pieces.

Put the potato cubes, carrot cubes, and mushroom cubes into the heated pan and stir-fry.

After the ingredients in step 4 are cooked, add water. When the water begins to boil, add the curry paste and stir slowly until completely dissolved.

Place the white rice, cooked vegetable curry, grilled chicken legs and lettuce mixed with sesame salad dressing on a plate.
