Steamed Pumpkin with Black Bean Flavor Pork Ribs
Overview
I bought two golden melons today, and I also have some ribs at home. Steaming golden melons with ribs is my favorite dish. The soft, glutinous and sweet pumpkin and the aroma of the ribs blend together. The ribs have the sweetness of pumpkin, and the pumpkin has the freshness of the ribs. It is quite delicious.

-
Chop the ribs into sections and soak them repeatedly in warm water to remove the blood
-
Put the soaked ribs into a plate and add the black bean sauce steamed with sesame oil. Add braised soy sauce and rice wine
-
Stir for a while to allow the flavors to fully infuse, then wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate to marinate for half a day.
-
Peel the golden melon open and scoop out the seeds
-
Take out the marinated pork ribs
-
Put the ribs into the pumpkin and cover the cut piece tightly
-
Then steam over high heat for 50 minutes. Steamed soybean-flavored pork ribs and pumpkin. Although no water is added, a lot of juice from the pumpkin will come out during the steaming process, and it will be full of soup. The flavors of pumpkin and pork ribs are fully integrated, and the pork ribs are soft and delicious.
