Prepare ingredients; soak mushrooms until soft and chop finely, chop green onions, mince garlic, and cut zucchini into small pieces

Cut the salted eggs in half, and use a fork to loosen and smash the egg whites and yolks (this batch of salted eggs is too salty, so only 1 egg can be added, 2 eggs is ideal)

Sauté minced onions, garlic and diced mushrooms in a pan

Add chopped salted eggs and stir-fry, pour 2 tablespoons of cooking wine (the egg yolk begins to melt and turns into powdery particles)

Add zucchini and stir-fry until cooked, add butter and melt evenly, sprinkle with pepper and serve.
