Bring an appropriate amount of water to a boil in a pot, add cooking wine and ginger slices, blanch the pork ribs, remove and drain.

Heat oil in pan. Add rock sugar and stir-fry the sugar color. When the oil foams and the color begins to turn yellow, the sugar color is ready

Pour in the pork ribs and stir-fry for a few times to coat the pork ribs evenly with sugar color.

Add a tablespoon of beef sauce, soy sauce, and sugar and stir-fry thoroughly.

Pour in hot water that covers the ribs, bring to a boil over high heat and then reduce to low heat.

Simmer the pork ribs in sauce for 10 minutes, add salt and stir-fry evenly.

Pour in the rice and simmer for about 30 minutes. Once cooked, sprinkle with chopped green onion.
