Overview
Our children have very finicky tastes, so I often change the recipes for them. I tried this one today and it was amazing!

Steps
-
Have all raw materials ready.
-
The accessories are also ready.
-
Blanch the carrots and green beans in the pot.
-
Then stir-fry in a non-stick pan.
-
Then add mozzarella, salt, and salad dressing and mix well.
-
Put all the ingredients except yeast, salt, and butter in the bread machine, mix well with chopsticks, and knead for 20 minutes.
-
Then add yeast, salt, and butter and knead for another 15 minutes.
-
Directly use a bread machine to ferment until it is 2 to 2.5 times in size. Use chopsticks to poke a hole in the middle so that it does not spring back.
-
Divide the dough into 10 pieces of 40g, 10 pieces of 20g, and 20 pieces of 5g. Roll into balls, cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 10 minutes.
-
Roll out 40 grams of dough and press it flat, poke holes with a fork, and brush a little egg wash on the surface. Then use 20 grams of dough, roll it into a long strip, and surround it, remember to pinch it tightly!
-
Then put two small ears on each piece of dough and press them slightly to flatten them!
-
Put the fried ingredients into the dough.
-
Preheat the oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes, then bake at 200 degrees for 13 to 15 minutes, and it's done.
-
After taking it out of the oven, let it cool on a baking sheet. When it's slightly hot, put it in a plastic bag and store it at room temperature for about 3 days.

Isn’t the color so attractive?
