Noodles with minced pork and scallion oil
Overview
Everyone can be a chef, and a jar of all-purpose scallion oil is the secret weapon! Recently, I have been particularly obsessed with Noodle King’s Cold Noodles and Mixed Noodles. This week it has continued until... (I don’t know when) I will start to eat alone. Fortunately, I can cook and eat by myself. Just keep it simple! I have wanted to try scallion noodles for a long time, but my family doesn't eat scallions... This time, I really gave me a chance to eat well. If we say that authentic scallion and oil noodles are what Shanghainese eat the most, scallion, soy sauce (light and dark soy sauce), sugar and salt noodles are all the ingredients. Stir-fried scallion oil and mixed with seasonings is the taste that Shanghainese miss most. Here is my own recipe. Stir-fried minced pork noodles with scallion oil is so simple!
