Overview

Very crispy and very tasty. If you don’t like spicy food, you can omit the minced chili pepper. You can add more chili powder for a nice color and not too spicy.

  1. Wash the white radish, do not peel it.

  2. Cut into thick strips. Add appropriate amount of salt, stir and marinate overnight.

  3. Squeeze out the water, arrange the radishes, and let them dry in the sun for seven days.

  4. As shown in the picture, it was left in the sun for seven days. (There was no sun for 2 days)

  5. Take an appropriate amount of sun-dried radish, wipe the dust with kitchen paper, taste it, if it smells salty, don't add salt.

  6. Add an appropriate amount of chili powder (not spicy), and then add 1 tablespoon of minced chili (slightly spicy).
